     If one were to investigate the American business world today, much as though one were to take a gander at it a hundred or more years prior, one truth would be effectively recognizable. Truth be told, white guys dwarf every single other race n these situations undeniably more than they dwarf the real populaces of these others in our nation. In particular, individuals of color are painfully spoken to in official situations in companies and organizations no matter how you look at it. So why would that be? Is there some essential character of individuals of color that keeps them from progress? Is society still harsh to blacks almost forty years after the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960’s? As a matter of fact, the appropriate response lies some place in the middle.
